While many machine manufacturers outsource the production of their components to reduce plant costs, we take the opposite approach. For optimum control of costs, quality and delivery, we produce components in-house.

Our 60,000 square foot (5,600 square meters) state-of-the-art machine shop gives us the ability to respond to customer requests. It also allows us to support new and old systems with necessary component replacements. This flexibility allows us to quickly implement equipment upgrades and improvements.

All shop transactions are monitored by a state-of-the-art shop floor data collection system. This means parts can be quickly tracked throughout all stages of their manufacturing process.

Our well-stocked inventory of raw materials, including CRS, HRS, stainless steel, aluminum and plastic, allows for quick conversion to finished parts. A fully-stocked tool room provides tooling and support throughout the manufacturing and assembly process.
