    J7I-BP Baby Pant Machine

The new J7I-BP utilizes the industry-leading technology from the current J7I-AP machine available in full metric, with lower speeds and an economical footprint, benefiting from years of JOA expertise and leadership.

  • Turret Unwinds with At-Speed Splicing –  No accumulator reduces unwind footprint and web wrinkling, runs lower GSM webs and also includes integrated diameter detection
  • Insert Attachment – Adhesive application up to cut edge, eliminating a cover strip
  • Side Seam Bonding – Single Anvil In-Line bonding increases production speed, reduces downtime and reduces costs
