J20S-PL Panty Liner Machine
We can build our panty liner machines one of two ways, in a transverse process or a longitudinal process. Whichever process you choose, you will get one of the fastest, most verstaile panty liner machines on the market. Some machine highlights include:
- Silicon-registered and non-registered overwrap – Our camera system allows for precise gluing on the overwrap.
- Multiple cores available – Ability to make products with fluff or air-laid cores.
- Turn and pitch (TAP) unit – This process can turn a product and pitch it before combining with the pouch material. This is done with one unit at high speeds, eliminating the need for two units and multiple hand-offs.
- Quick-wrap process – Available with or without release paper.
