Curt G. Joa, Inc. gives back to the communities we serve. We make it our philosophy to help improve local communities by enabling young people with the opportunity for obtaining skilled jobs. We achieve this through supporting K-12 workforce development initiatives such as Inspire Sheboygan County, First Robotics, Project Grill, Youth Apprenticeship Programs and the Sheboygan Red Raider.

We also support continuous education through sponsorships to secondary educational institutions and with an annual engineering scholarship program.

Curt G. Joa supports many non-profit and charitable organizations and causes in our community. We also encourage employees to volunteer their time to contribute on boards or committees in the community.
